Okay, I'm gonna modify this topic just a little, because I know there are others out there who want to pimp their fics. Neva, I hope you don't mind me stealing your thunder, but we're a pretty uncommunicative forum when it comes to fic and throwing the topic open might get some replies/other fics to read.

I had the major disadvantage of having never seen Firefly, so I don't know what was really going on, and thus don't have a very thorough review. I did, however, think it was quite well-written and organized. And very ominous. Which is a good thing, as it kept me reading more. I dislike Ruka as a character, but was intrigued by his portrayal here and how he would act on the the orders to observe the students (if I'm getting this right). A fun read but I wish I've seen more of the series.

Also, look at my sig. Yes, I am a Saionji fan, so this story is mostly focused around him, Touga, Akio, and Utena. There's shonen-ai in later chapters, so...beware...? Hope you'll check it out, Neva.

Fic Plot Summary: After being given new Rose Crest rings, the Seitokai members realize that their mortality has been stolen. An effort of teamwork between Utena and Saionji may be their only hope of freedom. Not a Utena/Saionji pairing. Touga/Saionji shonen-ai in later chapters.

I love feedback, especially from diehard fans from the series who will dork with me. So I offer my first piece of Utena fanfiction. The challenge is to pick ten quotes from a Shakespearean play (I picked Othello) and write fics incorporating your own interpretation of the quote.

I wish I could comment more on your fic, but Shiori and Kozue are the two characters I understand the least, so I don't get the motivations very well.

It's written very... stream of thought, and seems very fitting, but the run-ons and fragments get a bit confusing after a while.

It's the first thing I've written that I've published that wasn't for school so I would really appreciate any feedback that you have to give. I originally wrote this for myself though so I have no idea if it will make any sense to any of you.

This is going be a trilogy set in the series Ohtori (I've still not read the manga so it wont fit in with that, straight!Juri makes Libby a very unhappy girl ) before the Utena duels (try and guess who the other two are going to be about , I might do a parody special too) which is my take on how the characters grew up to be the emotional shipwrecks we know and love. It starts off pretty slow but it gets better I promise! It's currently about halfway through the first, which centres around Juri and Shiori, but I will do the other characters when I get round to it so watch this space if you hate them.

Like it? Loathe it? Fallen into a giant gaping plothole and can't escape? (Please, please, please tell me if this happens i've tried so hard to keep it canon.) Characters too OOC? Is it just....meh? Do I write worse than a four year old on meth and should never be allowed near a writing device ever again? Feedback me please . Thank you so much just for reading this demented writer ramble .
