Right, I saw that too. It's in some thread somewhere. Anyway, yes, if you take the episode as metaphors for menstruation ("You're really late compared to most people, Miss Nanami. Really, really late!"), boobs getting bigger (About Juri's bowling ball: "Do they all get this big?? Well, I used to have smaller ones, but that's the size I get now."), and women ovulating (the whole egg thing), and throw in some lines like Tsuwabuki says Nanami's class has been changed to "all-girls health and hygiene" and Nanami calling Utena a "boy/girl" who "can't understand", it's pretty much all about Nanami coming to terms with her womanhood in her crazy Nanami way. I love Juri in this episode. We get to see her confident and mature. Anthy's look at the end = priceless.

I think the problem with it is that it holds still on that shot before the car comes. They shoulda stopped while it was still the grinning arms spreading thing. It gets silly when he's standing there, especially since he's not being drawn especially well.
