I'm working on a wallpaper.. I always know what to do with icons, but it always takes me a while to try and design a wallpaper/layout/header. I don't know if I like it or not, but.. any suggestions?

Maybe the lighting/coloring between the two parts should be a little more... balanced? it could work fine if the light in the right section and the light in the square on the left where more similar. Adding purple to the square, for example.
