This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. Enjoy. :)
Does your music listening setup have a breakdown of most often played tracks? What are your most-played tracks (and are they what you'd have thought, not looking)?

Apparently my most-played track is Diaspora Oratorio by Bear McCreary.

My top three from iTunes are:
1. Lithium by Evanescence
2. A Conversation With God by Darren Hayes
3. Going Under by Evanescence
Actually, 8 of my top 10 are Evanescence songs...and it's not surprising at all. I love the band, and Fallen was the first CD I ever owned. I've had their music the longest, so it makes sense for them to be so high up on my list.

My top on iTunes are:
Rebel Girl - Bikini Kill
Boys Keep Swinging - David Bowie
Stay All Night, Stay A Little Longer - Willie Nelson & Leon Russell
with most of the rest of 25 filled out by Russell, Prince, or Joan Jett tracks... and Flo Rida, which I was not expecting.

Believe it or not it's actually Weird by Hanson. I have a lot of nineties music of my Blackberry.

My most-played track is a beautiful instrumental arrangement of the Skye Boat Song. Listening to it again after a couple months away from it is like coming home. It's also the right song to play when I need to cry and I'm having trouble.
Does anyone object if I move this thread to the Shaved Ice Lounge? It's in the nature of a quickpost thread.
