This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. Enjoy. :)
On the rare occassion when I do make popcorn myself, I always use some oil so the resulting popcorn has some flavour when it pops, I find that popcorn that is popped without any oil or butter both feels and tastes like styrofoam to me.

I like cheese powdered popcorn and caramel covered popcorn. For some odd reason, I don't like buttered popcorn unless it's in Jelly Belly jellybeans.
Interesting factoid: the Harry Potter "every flavour" jellybeans are made by Jelly Belly.

Great, I just had to notice this thread when I'm completely out of poptarts. Thanks a lot, folks, now I want an apple-cinnamon poptart - and I don't know if they even make those any more.

I got these on a whim one day. They tasted like pink.
Surprisingly, they have less sugar than unfrosted Strawberry Pop Tarts.

What does pink taste like exactly?

I imagine it takes like girl, but rather than it being anything metaphysical, it's probably more just like perky.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
What did your country DO to one of my absolutely favorite foods???
Spain officially has to justify its existence to me.

Yeah, perky's a pretty good way to describe the taste, although it has a hint of pretty, too.
I bought them at a Wal-Mart about two months ago, and I hope they still have them, because I could use more!
As a side note, I couldn't bring myself to throw away the box, so now it's displayed proudly in my room, watching over my possessions like a obscenely cute guardian angel.

It's not my country when i came here i was like you!! where is valentina sauce, goddamit?? in the cinema, they have KETCHUP BOTTLES when you buy pop corn, it's DISGUSTING (that's one of the reasons i don't go to cinema anymore).
There are more snack horrornes in spain waiting for you to suffer... coming soon.

One subject related to this thread is that cooking accidents can lead to fire. Has anyone else ever had an accident with fire?
When I was a little kid, I put a loaf of bread in the microwave - which wouldn't have been so bad, but there was a twist tie (metal wire) on the package, which caught fire. Small one.
So you think I would have learned my lesson, but very recently I was reheating a roast beef sandwich from Arby's. How was I to know they wrap their sandwiches in foil-type paper. That microwave caught fire. Not to mention I was house sitting for a professor at the time.

I'm might not have the finest versions available yet but maybe these could turn your head...
Salty Saudi Banana
Popcorn & Lox
Nutty T-Bone Shake
Candy Apple Guacamole
...or turn your stomach as the case may be.

Tama-chaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, !
Also, I showed a friend of mine your lovely art, and he loved it so much that he asked me to see if you had a 1024x768 version of the Tasteless Achromatic Substance poptart for a wallpaper, possibly with 'The Anti-Pop-Tart' written along the bottom. I'm not requiring, I'm just asking.
