Don't Utena and Anthy kiss in the one of the volumes?  If so I find it way hard to believe Ms. Saito was a homophobe. I always thought that she was thinking that most straight girls would be either indifferent or grossed out by a female/female romance.

Anywaaaaayyy...I enjoy the manga because it made a lot of symbolism easier to understand.  It's what I like to call Utena Lite. I really really wish that Kozue's first anime appearance was more like her manga one and that they hadn't made Nanami the jealous one.      The only thing I disliked about the manga  was that Juri basically took Nanami's place. Come on,  even if she were straight I don't think she'd go after a guy like Touga. She likes people she can protect.

What even... I don't think the reviewer even knew what they were talking about. Where did they even hear this "myth" that "women's comics and animation is primarily written by lesbians." I have never heard of such a statement until I read this silly review.

Because PMS is giving me very VERY feministic ideas lol and I have one of what he might means right now, here you go 

aren't feminists labeled as lesbains? or something like that and some supposed feminists do think that the word means that you either detest all things with penis or you are not a real feminist.

then girl comics tend to be all about girl power, girls being great, girls this girls that, posing a pretty clear feministic message
so stereotype No 2: girl comic writers = feminists

so then you have the math of the idiots
