I just got back from SakuraCon 2007 in Seattle, and I don't think I've ever had so much fun.

There was a record 11,200 attendance, amazingly cool people and some killer events.

The highlights for me were:

* My beloved Fatal Frame AMV won two awards ! (this is a big deal for me)
* My Maes Hughes (Full Metal Alchemist) cosplay was very well received
* Got my picture taken with Utena !
* Participated in a RE4:Mercs contest (didn't come close to winning, but it was fun)
* Watched the premiere of Hellsing Ultimate 2 OVA
* Picked up a sweet SKU dojinshi, "Rosy Labyrinth" - in Japanese of course but the artwork is stunning (maybe I can upload this sometime)
