Hey!  Anyone ever wanted to learn to play Magic but didn't know where to begin?

A long time ago, we started a thread by the name of Utena meets Magic: the Gathering in a huge nerdy meltdown!  Questions in the thread and in the PMs it spawned led me to torture a couple Word documents into tutorials, which I now belatedly present to you.  They're available for download here.

I've no idea how much interest there'll be, but if you've got any questions about how to play Magic, this thread is where you can ask.  I'll put my limited knowledge and even more limited experience at your disposal.  If any more experienced players would like to add thoughts of their own, they're more than welcome!
