It's pretty good. With some tightening up (if your software would allow) it'd be even better, but the core concept and song are great. 
I love that you used Tokiko. 
Minor character use in AMVs is so refreshing.

Most AMVs gets me bored that I stop watching them midway..
Anyway, I might be a little slow, but who exactly is the main focus?

Matching SWR to Utena is a great idea, I wish I'd thought of it first !
The editing is pretty rough, my main complaint is the number of "orphan frames", where the scene changes just before the end of the clip, so you get a quick flash of the next scene. Also, use footage without subs if at all possible, subs are distracting and take away from the mood of the video.
Great concept though, I look forward to seeing your next one !

Mikage and Tokiko/Utena (since he sees Utena as Tokiko.)

purplepolecat, yup indeed there is It's called "This is Forever." It's amazing. The orphan frames where something that really confused me, they didn't appear until after I loaded up the video to youtube... so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong with the file formating.
Also, not much I can do for the subtitles. They're the files I have, and I shouldn't make my computer struggle more.

It has issues... it freezes in random places. I'm starting to get the hang of this though.
