Heheh!    It's nice to see familiar names pop up.  I suspect it's coincidence -- Nanami is quite a common name, and Mikage is far from unheard of (cf. Ayashi no Ceres, Marvel Anime, 07-Ghost) -- but you never know what the writers were using as inspiration.  The analysis catalogue makes no judgments one way or the other, just notes that someone has seen a similarity.   I didn't watch the whole episode.  Do you think it goes beyond the names chosen by the creators?

.....Umm, but, is true that Nanami an Mikage are common, but..in the SAME series , with THAT REFERENCE. Makes me wonder!
