I've been to Animazement; 2 years in a row! Oh my god, I could actually meet Chiho Saito? (I'd prefer Ikuni, but hell, Saito would still be incredible!)

I'm really not a convention person, but I'm sad I'll miss this. 
I wish I could give her some of my fanart (not that my fanart is some incredible gift to bestow on someone, but as an "artist," I always feel like that would be a nice compliment and one of the best ways to tell someone how much you like their work).
Thanks for the news, though! I'm going to post about it at the Utena group on deviantArt. 
EDIT: What do people think about creating some type of fanbook to give her? I posted about it here. Comments/ideas (there, here, anywhere)?
