A few of them have been mentioned already, but Kestrel's Utena AMVs will always be first in my heart. Partly for nostalgic reasons, but mostly because they're very well put together (except for maybe The Promise, which is nice, but kind of generic). All of her vids are still housed on the old domain sempai.org. I highly, highly recommend everyone who either has not seen these or hasn't seen them in a long time go take a look at all of them.
