Wait, D-ko finally figured out Chigusa is the duelist? Why didn't she tell Utena during the whole "I don't even know who I'm fighting" conversation? And which of the obvious tipoffs finally gave her a clue? Or is the game simply being polite to the player(s) and letting us finally fill in the blanks for the cast?
I vote Chigusa is the Duelist, to maybe answer some of those questions.
Yeah, seriously, Wtf D-ko?
Okay, I'm not sure which will lead us to the key.. I think helping Utena will.

Oooh, I say we let him know it was Chigusa in the Kiryuu mansion with a sticky note.

With Saionji, both choices will, which is why I didn't make a note of it again.

Let's say we want to help Utena.
Offline
Chigusa's the duelist.
Offline
Anthy wanted to tell him she's Chigusa!... No wait, that's not it. I meant, Chigusa's the duelist.

This has been tremendous-- I read up on all the backthreads over the past two days.
My vote: I want to help Utena
Why go for one point when you can go for two?
...Also, if anyone wants to translate the Ouran video game my life might be complete.

It seems we need not care for points, from now on it's all flavor baby.
Hey Saionji, Chigusa's the Duelist. Time for you to get deeply contemplative and somewhat despairing while indirectly marshaling the troops. I mean, marshaling Touga.

According to the box in the upper right, the Kiryuu residence is called the White House. Either the rest of the student body gave it that nickname, or Touga has reached hitherto-unsuspected levels of hilarious hubris.
Remember, kids, there's a difference between whitehouse.gov and whitehouse.com...except in the Kiryuu house.
@ Dalbun: If it's not too much to ask, is it possible to translate the Tsuji-sensei dialogue? We're not sure what's going to happen the next playthrough, or even if you're going to hold another playthrough, and I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in someone who could shed light on Ohtori's timeline and Akio's teacher-hiring process.
Help Utena There's something lol about Saionji and Utena actually working together.

I couldn't agree more. Watch the hilarity of Saionji and Utena working together... to avoid Anthy's cooking!... or beat Chigusa. Yes, that.

Not quite, it's just that I haven't had much free time recently... and this was basically the last real choice in the game, so there's a whole lot of stuff for me to translate. I'll try to start posting chunks of it when I can. Sorry for the delay!

This is sort of a non-issue but I was just wondering;
With Touga we got that Italian soy sauce and with Saionji we got some super special fancy old soy sauce. What soy sauces would Juri and Miki have brought over?

No worries at all, I was just confused because there's usually more discussion on decisions, and I wasn't sure where everyone else was. I'm definitely not picking on you for a "delay," especially since you're the one going to all the trouble of playing and translating this for us.

Lesbian soy sauce and incest soy sauce, of course.
Miki probably borrowed it from Akio.

Sorry for the big delay, guys. Like I said, this is the home stretch of the game, and it took me a while to set aside the time to work through a good chunk of it.
D-ko:
I... want to help Utena.
Saionji:
Heh, of course you do.
If Utena loses, you're supposed to disappear, right?
D-ko:
Well, yes, that too.
But it's not just that!
Utena is the first friend I made here at the school.
Saionji:
Friend...
D-ko:
(To even imagine that Utena might lose to someone...)
Saionji:
I get it.
You can use this.
D-ko:
What's this?
Saionji:
A key to the Student Council archives.
There's a lot of old school records and stuff there.
I don't know whether you can help Tenjou Utena or not,
but if you do some research, it might help.
D-ko:
Saionji-san, thank you!
Saionji:
Just so you know, I'm not doing this to help Tenjou.
(Just out of consideration of your feelings of friendship.)
D-ko:
Yes, I understand.
Thank you again, Saionji-san.
We were kind of hoping for more direct help, like maybe following us around as a bodyguard for the next twelve hours, but I guess a key is good too.
+1 UTENA
54% ->
+1 SAIONJI

D-ko:
What should I do...?
It's already the 25th, the date that was announced at the masquerade...
At my old school, we would have just laughed the whole thing off as a joke...
Ohtori sure is a school where all kinds of weird things happen, huh?
I wonder if I'll really disappear...
What should I do...? What should I...?
Nanami:
Stop right there.
Nanami:
Even though we gave you that advice yesterday,
it seems that you still haven't learned your lesson.
As always, you're still meddling in the affairs
of the Student Council, aren't you?
D-ko:
I'm not really...
Keiko:
(What, you're pretending to be innocent?)
Well, I guess that's to be expected.
You're the daughter of such shameful people, after all.
(It's only natural that you'd be such a fast worker.)
D-ko:
What? What are you saying?
Aiko:
My, you're good at playing dumb.
Yuuko:
But you know, lies like that are caught soon enough.
Like with your mom and dad.
D-ko:
My mother and father aren't liars!
Stop making such weird accusations.
Nanami:
"Accusations?"
Keiko-san, please show her.
Keiko:
Of course, Nanami-sama.
Fifteen years ago, your parents were expelled from the school.
D-ko:
No way...
Aiko:
Your father, who was a teacher,
got involved with your mother, who was a student.
They got the chop for (obscene relations).
D-ko:
That can't be. You're lying!
Mother:
You know, a long time ago, your father used to teach at Ohtori Academy.
Father:
Yeah... when I was at Ohtori, I acted as the Fencing Club's advisor.
Mother:
Ohtori Gakuen was where your father and I met.
Father:
You were pretty cool as well, in your fencing uniform.
D-ko:
Stop it, stop it, stop it!
Utena:
Knock it off!
Nanami:
Tenjou Utena!
Not you again!
Utena:
Don't say anything more, or you'll be facing me.
Nanami:
Hm, hmph.
Fine, I'll let you off the hook for now.
Let's go, everyone.
Utena:
You okay?
D-ko:
Uh, yeah.
Utena:
Don't pay attention to anything that lot says, 'kay?
D-ko:
Thanks, Utena.
Utena:
Okay, so I'm heading back to the East Dorm from here.
What about you?
D-ko:
Well, I have a few more things to do here at school...
Utena:
Yeah?
Don't let what Nanami said get to you, though.
See you later.
D-ko:
Yeah. Thanks again, Utena.
It is physically impossible to escape from Nanami without the intervention of another person. This is why Ohtori students should always travel in pairs.
D-ko:
Utena said not to worry about what Nanami said,
but of course I am anyway...
And there's also the matter of Chigusa.
It seems like something's definitely up with her...
CHOICE:
Call your parents
Go to the Student Council archives
Go to the Newspaper Club
D-ko:
If I ask my parents about what Nanami said,
they should clear it up.
Instead of dwelling on it, I should just call them directly.
I'm sure they'll just laugh it off.
Geez, D-ko. If you get so worked up over a little statuatory rape, I'm not sure Ohtori is the right school for you after all!
D-ko:
It's nothing. I'm sure it's nothing...
Dad, it was a lie, right? Mom, there's no way...
Father:
Hello. I'm afraid we're out right now.
If you need to contact us, please leave a message after the beep.
D-ko:
They're not there... where could they have gone?
Of course... today's the 25th.
It's my mom and dad's wedding anniversary!
They must have gone out on a date...
Or they stayed in on a date, and are too busy to come to the phone.
D-ko:
Now where should I go?
If I don't move fast, Utena's going to start her duel...
CHOICE:
Go to the Student Council archives
Go to the Newspaper Club
Search for Chigusa
Straight down the line.
D-ko:
That's right, I have this key...
I should check out the Student Council archive room.
Maybe it will help me understand something...
D-ko:
Here it is!
My mother and father from fifteen years ago.
Just like they said, they were a teacher and student.
What's this? Why is Chigusa-san...
Man, Chigusa got held back even more than we thought.
D-ko:
Now where should I go?
If I don't move fast, Utena's going to start her duel...
CHOICE:
Go to the Newspaper Club
Search for Chigusa
D-ko:
Yeah, I should try the newspaper club.
They should have some good information...
D-ko:
Hello.
Newspaper Club President:
Oh, it's you from the other day.
D-ko:
Right, thank you.
Do you have any articles about the white fencing hall?
Newspaper Club President:
Yeah, over there.
D-ko:
What's this?
Newspaper Club President:
It's an issue the club put out fifteen years ago.
D-ko:
Fifteen years ago!?
Newspaper Club President:
According to this,
it looked like the fire at the fencing hall fifteen years ago
was a work of arson.
In the ruins, they found what seemed to be
the body of S-san from the Middle School 2nd Year Class A.
D-ko:
"S"... Sanjouin... Chigusa-san!?
Newspaper Club President:
Yeah... I don't know much about that period,
but I think that S-san was president of the Fencing Club.
Hey, that's right, it was fifteen years ago today...
the date of the fire.
And they say it used to be a really pretty white building...
D-ko:
Is that... so.
D-ko:
Now where should I go?
If I don't move fast, Utena's going to start her duel...
CHOICE:
Search for Chigusa
Hmm, an interesting choice. Maybe we should stop here so you can all vote on it.
(Seriously though, I'll try to post the next chunk in a more timely fashion.)
Special bonus! If we'd talked to Miki, he would have told us to go talk to this teacher, Tsuji-sensei. Aww, suggesting that we speak to an adult about our problems... how adorable.
Alternate D-ko wrote:
CHOICE:

Apparently he's the teacher that's worked here the longest.
He might know something...
Yeah, if he's worked here that long, he probably knows that he should mind his own damn business.
(at the teachers' room)
D-ko:
His name was Tsuji-sensei... I'm pretty sure.
I wonder what kind of person he is?
Excuse me... which person is Tsuji-sensei?
Teacher:
Tsuji-sensei?
Tsuji-sensei, a middle school student is here to see you.
Do you have a moment?
Tsuji-sensei:
Sure, I got it.
I'll be right there.
Hey. You're a middle school girl, right? What is it?
D-ko:
Umm... I kind of had something I wanted to ask you.
Tsuji-sensei:
Sure, lay it on me.
D-ko:
Do you remember the teacher
who used to be the advisor for the Fencing Club fifteen years ago?
Tsuji-sensei:
The fencing club advisor?
D-ko:
...they say he got involved with a girl from the fencing club,
and was fired.
Tsuji-sensei:
Ohh, him...
D-ko:
Did you know him?
Tsuji-sensei:
He...
Anthy:
Tsuji-sensei.
Anthy:
Tsuji-sensei, the chairman would like to see you.
Immediately.
Tsuji-sensei:
The chairman? I wonder what it is.
Sorry about this, but I've got to go.
D-ko:
Anthy...? What does the chairman want?
Anthy:
......
D-ko:
You know, come to think of it...
yesterday, when my room was trashed,
weren't you in the East Dorm, Anthy?
Anthy:
......
D-ko:
...Hey, Anthy. Don't you know something about all this?
...I guess not. Sorry, forget about it.
Anthy:
Of course.
D-ko:
Yeah. I shouldn't be suspicious of Anthy...
I'm just impatient because the duel is so soon.
Yes. You shouldn't be suspicious of Anthy. Her big brother is watching. There is no war in Ba Sing Se.

Wow, sudden massive plot dump!
So... Dad dated Mom when he was a teacher and she was a student, and Chigusa DIAF. I can't tell from this whether Chigusa set the fire or was an innocent victim. Putting two and two together, my guess is that Mom and Chigusa were competing over Dad, and Mom set fire to the fencing hall to get rid of Chigusa. And now Dad and Mom send us back to Ohtori... to fence. D-ko's parents are cold.
Or at least that's my read, and I'm probably totally wrong
So, our choice! Transfer to Lillian Catholic School.

Wow, I'm surprised anyone could last that long with so much awkward silence and Anthy smiling vacantly at us in the alterna-world. Back in real world, AWWWWWW Saionji is touched by our feelings of friendship.

Aagh, should have seen that coming with the appearance of that picture of D-ko's mom. I just forgot that Dad said he was a teacher in the intro speech. D: Also, satyreyes, *pffffft* "Chigusa DIAF." I like that way of putting it. XD
Kind of disappointed we didn't get to see this Tsuji-sensei, but I suppose I should have expected that. At least we got some creepy Anthy.
Anyway, I vote for the obvious choice: Train with ninjas, become a costumed vigilante, and strike fear in the hearts of all wrongdoers. Become the terror... that mambos in the night.

So D-ko is being haunted by the vengeful ghost of the fencing club president from 15 years ago, who has some connection to her parents, and Anthy quite possibly just sent Tsuji-sensei to his doom…
I vote that D-ko transfer to Ouran Academy, where she can forget this whole week ever happened, and use cake to bribe Hani into being her bodyguard.
