I'd actually be willing to argue that all the main characters in the series are Bisexual... or, perhaps more accurately, Omnisexual (especially in Akio's case).

I LOVE that part! for how much she seems to despise Touga (and then think hes her prince) it surprises me that she maybe wouldnt have gone to that party. if i were her id ignore it..then again...she went to the big fancy party too.....hm. she wants it. badly.

You know what's creepy? These are from Keiko's POV, right? How, in that second shot, Anthy seems to be looking right at her, almost like she's going "Yes, you...you'll make a fine Black Rose Duelist." Creepy, creepy, creepy! I wonder if she doesn't somehow orchestrate the whole shindig.

Since Mamiya is actually Anthy, I'd say that she is orchestrating the whole thing.

Well, she is if you look at the chain of events.  Keiko isn't at the party is because Nanami found some stupid paperwork for her to deal with. The only reason Nanami has paperwork to deal with is because Touga went all emo when he lost to Utena, so she picked up the slack. And of course, Anthy did everything within her passive-aggressive power to goad Utena into dueling Touga in episode 12....with Wakaba's help, cf course.
