This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. Enjoy. :)

TROGDOR!
Is it geeky of me that I'm listening to "When, Where, Who, Which?" right now?

Mmm, French.

I had completely forgotten that Fumiko Orikasa did a voice in Chobits! It's been so long since I watched it last. I Fumiko from her role as Hikaru in Figure 17. (My favorite series after SKU.)

Actually, the original song is by Ed Cobb...first recorded by Gloria Jones...and Soft Cell is the group who popularized it...I'm almost 100% positive that The Cure never did a version.
....I don't know why I know all of this.

Really? Because I have Tainted Love on my computer, I'm looking at it right now. It says The Cure. Then again, some people will upload things onto Limewire or iTunes [or any music downloader really] with a false name.
People are dumb sometimes.

Yeah, I've had some pretty obnoxious experiences with mislabeled mp3s...I'm almost certain that The Cure never covered that song, so unless it reeeeally sounds like Fat Bob singing you probably have the Soft Cell version.

Hmm...Well thanks for letting me know, I'll have to go re-label it.
Would you happen to know who sings Ballroom Blitz? It's on virtually every downloader as The Misfits, but I'm told by quite a few people that The Misfits never sang it. They hadn't heard of the song, so they don't know who does, but they're certain it's someone else. To this day I still don't know if they sing it or not
To stay on topic, right now its Only- Nine Inch Nails

That reminds me of the "99 Problems/Weapon Raid [Final Fantasy VII]" video mashup. It's so good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYCTpU_7Eis
And yeah, that's what I'm listening to right now.

There's like twenty cover versions of that song, but it was originally sung by Sweet. And...I've heard from a couple of sources that the Misfits did a version, but it doesn't appear to be listed in their discography...so...I dunno.
And right now (to keep on topic ) I'm listening to the Takarazuka (Hana) version of Saigo no Dance from the musical Elisabeth...said musical has pretty much taken over my life for the past few days, so...uh...yeah.

Naomi Tamura - All You Need Is Love
The Rayearth OVA is very blah (despite gorgeous character designs), but this song is still one of my favorites.
Rayearth TV is quite good, though.
edited to add support for gorgeous character designs claim.
