There's that one gay couple that Ikuhara took the time to have a hand pointing it out while they're walking up the stairs to class.  Other than that they were gay, amd Mikage is SUPER gay for Mamiya, I don't know why it was pointed out.  It feels too on the nose considering Mikage and Mamiya are basically gender swaps for Utena and Anthy.

2nd Edit:  WTF is on Shiori's chest?  Someone said it was a Lily but from what I can see of the image it looks like a bird with a hood over it's head?
