heck I guess it's a big thing in japanese culture. If I ever become extremely emaciated, I'm going to trim my hair really short and have a forelock.

That doesn't make you Ruka, darling.

It makes you Touga.

Akio, you have nice turns of phrase, but your points aren't clear and you have no textual support. I can't give this a passing grade.

It used to be longer, but I fried it by bleaching it too much and I've just cut it off enough that the fried parts are gone. Right now, it is black with red streaks. Gio says I have the Touga hair because at the front it curls up from my forehead and then falls, like a more realistic version of his 'do.

Re: The return of the forelock!

Heh, don't know if anyone is interested, but I bought this doujinshi in Japan in January and apparently that forelock really IS mutant.

...and yes, if anyone who can read Japanese cares to share it with us, please DO tell us what that little mutant is up to while Ruka safely slumbers...

Although not to be left out of the Crazy Hair Stakes Super Family Fun Game, Juri's hair apparently doubles as a patisserie. Gotta love that French influence on this show, eh?

It takes forty-seven New Zealanders eight months to make just one batch of 42 Below Vodka. ...luckily, that leaves one of us free to be Prime Minister.

Edit: By the way, I think that the text next to the forelock is Juri saying something along the lines of, "Ehhh?! It is a mutant forelock after all!" And the other text is probably the sound affect for blowing out a puff of cigarette smoke.

That's some scary, scary yaoi. I mean, they say the 'bear' type is hairy, but made entirely of hair? Wow.

OH MY GOD. xDDDDDD Well, Masaru's hair IS mutant, if he takes those yellow ringy-things off of his shoulders, it grows back in. ... MASARUKA FREAKS ME OUT.

That doujinshi, however, wins this thread.

I'd randomly bite her.  Except it wouldn't be so random and I wouldn't be aiming to chew on her hair.

From another picture I have from this particular doujinshi, I'd be inclined to think at least Shiori does. [coughs]
