As I mentioned in another thread, I had the idea of the Black Rose Duelists becoming the new Student Council. We already know Tsuwabuki is, based on Miki's passing of the baton--I mean, stopwatch--in the last episode. (Although there could be an entirely different meaning behind it, but I'll wait until someone analyzes episodes 38-39. I don't think you could really analyze one without the other.) The question is which relationship it most resembles. As long as the duels exist, there will always be a Touga, a Saionji, a Juri, and a Miki....and possibly a Nanami.
