Four(4) Letter Word Progression

Here is a game you can have fun with.

The rules:

* You must use four letter words only; you cannot add or take away any letters.
* You can change only one letter and/or make an anagram.
* You cannot use a foreign word unless it is part of the English lexicon.
* You cannot use names or other proper words (eg: Mary, Rome).
* You cannot reuse a word used in the last ten(10) plays.
* You are to use this word in a sentence and the new word must be highlighted either by underline, bold and/or CAPITAL LETTERS.
* As an option, you can also post a picture that relates to the word somehow.
