The easiest way is to hit the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard and ctrl+v once you're in some sort of image editing program, such as photoshop, Gimp, or even MSPaint.

Well anyway, I set the full size wallpaper as a link with the thumbnail pic as the thing you click to get to it.

1/ First of all, you paste the URL of the full size picture and you highlight it and use the http// button.
2/ Now in photobucket, you right-click the thumbnail of the picture, goto properties and copy and paste the thumbnail URL.
3/ Before you paste the thumbnail URL, you replace the ] of the first [url code with an = and add the ] before the [/url.
4/ Between the ] and the [/url, you paste the thumbnail url, highlight just the thumbnail URL and click the Img button and there you have it.

Then you replace [url]with [url= and you change jpg[/url]to jpg][/url]
2/ [url=http://eg.fullsizepicture.com/wallpaper.jpg][/url]

Now add the thumbnail picture between the jpg] and the[/url]
3/ [url=http://eg.fullsizepicture.com/wallpaper.jpg]http://eg.fullsizepicture.com/thumbnail.jpg[/url]

Lastly highlight just the thumbnail url and click the Img button and its done.
4/ [url=http://eg.fullsizepicture.com/wallpaper.jpg][img]http://eg.fullsizepicture.com/thumbnail.jpg[/img][/url]

FOR INSTANCE

[url=http://photobucket.com/.../00akirawall1.jpg][img]http://photobucket.com/.../th_00akirawall1.jpg[/img][/url]
