Fair enough. I like my men manipulative but controllable, so I tend to appreciate (throw popcorn at the screen and heckle) his more flawed moments.

I'm developing a bit of a thing for Itoshiki Nozomu-sensei of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.  Something about a man in hakama just does it for me.  Due to this reasoning, you'd think I'd like Saionji more, but he only wears hakama while practicing kendo, whereas Itoshiki wears them all the time, which makes him simultaneously hardcore and a walking anachronism.  Then again, this is the series that insists that the Showa Era didn't end in 1989 and in fact continues to this day, so...

Ah, crap, after watching the Kyoto Arc of Rurouni Kenshin for the first time in years I suddenly am lusting over not only Saitou Hajime, but also Sadojima Houji. What. The. FUCK.

...apparently, my men don't have to be pretty. They either just have to be fucking bad-ass, or just happy to fuck everyone else up WITH THEIR BRAIN. I am so screwed.

My relationship with Mello is strange, because I don't want to place it over my relationship with Shiori. But Shiori isn't so much a crush as she is an eternal love that transcends romantic, platonic, and even parental love. Mello only applies to one of those. He isn't my partner, and he sure as hell isn't my friend. But I'd call him daddy.

...a Sailor Moon fan! Hee. I adored that damn show so much...and er, pretty much still do. I had a mad crush on Malachite back in the day, although I ended up in love with Haruka. I'd feel safe saying she was the first character in any show who made me realise that I could swing that way. Mwahahahahaha.
