This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. Enjoy. :)

I... *think* I got perfume from Amazon.com. But I haven't gotten it yet. So I don't know if MaterCard declined it or what.
Look into your recent orders. That'll tell if your order got picked and in what stage it is. Webstores won't just leave you hanging, at least not Amazon.

It came in! So I ordered it before it goes on backorder again!

I just ordered an 11" figure of Umi and an 11" figure of Fuu from Magic Knight Rayearth. As much as I don't really like Hikaru, I'll probably try to find her someday too so I can have the 'complete set.' I should probably see if they have anything similar for Zagato, Eagle, or Lantis as well...Clef would be great too.

I might as well show you the bridesmaid dress I'm getting.

How wonderful of you, Rushita! It's amazing how much a single goat can provide a family with milk for cheese and yogurt and even fertilizer to improve crops. I wish I had enough money to buy a goat for someone.

I'm so jealous of your art stuffs alirias~
Though I'm more of a tria than a prismacolor man.
They have a program similar to that at our school, rushita. And they send some off the students off for delivery. I can't remember all the details off the top of my head exactly though D: I myself can't go because I'm too sickly, but have been helping with what they can do here
I got Deathnote 2 for myself. (Mostly for the Light figure. I'm probably gonna give the CD to a friend who's kinda interested in it. And a free Cherrim plushie!!
Apparently, at FYE, they're giving away $10 giftcards if your buy two anime things or something. Dont know if that's every FYE, but the one I went to anyway. It actually made my purchase less than if I'd only got the DVD!

Talk about splurging--Paradox suggested we buy me a new computer today, so we did. In our defense, he'd been mulling it over for a few days before he brought it up to me.
If all goes well, it'll be here by the 28th or so.

I bought a purse, a pea coat, and a plaid skirt from Torrid. All on clearance, with an additional 10% off because I joined their divastyle program and got a discount code in a welcome email. Total, after shipping: $50. I love clearance.

I'm going to try and find a pair or two of new shoes tomorrow. This probably means I'll have to get dress socks, because at least one pair should be nice shoes, or at least ones that I can wear with a suit without looking like a moron.
Offline
Speaking of shoes, is anyone here a Zappos devotee?
Yeah.
I need these Mary Janes (but only after a review or two, pls); these cute red patent pumps; and these ADORABLE peeps in navy, red and black patent.
(Size 8, if anyone's feeling gifty... )
But yeah, that's the biggest problem with third shift. Slow days, I just spend the whole night looking at things to buy with money I don't have. Oh well. What I should be looking for is shoes to wear with my bridesmaid dress which I got the other day.

Nunn Bush seems to run very large. I tried on a 8, which I am in pretty much every other make (Even Altama, which tends to run big) and it was WAY too big for me. I did get a nice pair of Nikes though. They're not the most stylish but they're super-comfortable, which is important for workout shoes.

I am now needing three brown jackets badly, and this is on top of the half-dozen brown jackets I already own. I am a brown-jacket-ophile.

I just bought a new range, as my old one tried to kill us last week. And tonight, I'll be getting a sales pitch for a water softener.
I think my shopping is much less interesting than other people's. But we did buy Paradox a new pair of pants Saturday. Clearance $5, awesome.
Now to sit around and wait for my range to arrive this morning. I can't wait to be able to actually cook again.

I have black leather pants (that I don't know if I am keeping), A new black coat with fur trim (that makes me look female ) and feel rich, black high heel sandals ( that I have a chance of being able to walk in) , rhinestone adorned jeans, and satin black pants with complementary top of sorts ..... now I need some place to wear all this cute shit...
If your job allows you to wear jeans and sneakers to work (that rocks my socks ) then would it be ok to wear the leather pants to work?
PS : all this stuff was on sale so I am not as broke as I could be

I actually bought this several months ago.
But its metal! And lined with red velvet!
I'm also fairly certain it was under $15. (I'm thinking 10-13.)
Err... the flash really brings out all the scratches.

The scratches are just battle scars from all the dueling. That's amazing, srsly.
The Shiori Gods are smiling on me today! My boots arrived, and I just ordered them about 3 days ago!
