This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. Enjoy. :)
He's very talented, and I'm sure he's glad of the attention.

I'm hoping you don't share your keyboard with some poor unsuspecting souls... unless they're poor, mean unsuspecting souls.

Oh, this is MY computer... but are you saying that poor unsuspecting souls don't want my cock just as much as everyone else?
Offline
Well, if they don't like guys, then, no, they don't want your cock.
Offline
True, my cock isn't quite as appealing as Akio's... everyone wants his cock, even if they hate cock.
Offline
You're killing the mood . . . I'm still on the cock thing.

Cock, cock, cockity cock cock! Fear the cock! Love the cock!

I dunno, I don't think Juri ever wanted it - I'm willing to bet she's the only one in the show that Akio NEVER macked on - I mean, sure, we never see him on Miki, or Mikage, or some other people, but I'm sure, just off-screen a little, he HAD them.
Eew, too much Akio, not enough IFD that doesn't involve Akio...

True Juri does seem to have an aversion to cock. Shame, she's missing out. But I suppose good sex would get in the way of her brooding, regardless of whether or not it involves cock. Which it probably wouldn't.

I have a cock question. How is "yaoi" actually pronounced?
When I get this question answered, I'm gonna have such perverted conversations in my actual life. :sniffles: I've had to avoid the topic, cause I didn't know the pronunciation.

ya-oi. Ya like 'yakov' and 'oi' like 'oi vey'. Or at least I think so... don't speak the Japanese myself.

Well, it's not a real word anyway, and we're not Japanese, and since the way Giovanna said it is the way 90% of American fans seem to say it, then go for that.
Yaoi is an acronym for... I don't remember completely. Some Japanese phrase that means "no point, no meaning" and some other stuff. I could google it if I was feeling inspired enough.

That's what I thought, "Ya-Oi" but my only friend who is into that, pronounces it "Ya-weh" like, uh, Hebrew God. I, of course, have to check it out before I try it out myself. Like sex. Gotta watch it done, before I do it.
I kid.

Yaweh? *snortgiggle* Can't say I've heard that pronounciation before - although, I have heard a few say it "Yowwie".
Offline
Yowwie! That's what some of the girls called it in my Japanese class, a couple years back. I know the first part of it comes from like...yamma...? something like that. It's got something to do with mountains.
Which makes sense, really. All told.
Also: A Day Without Me? Your siggie kicks such fucking ASS!

I thought that yaoi was pronounced yowie as well which amuses me no end as there is a chocolate called Yowie over here in Oz.
Finally a yaoi er.. Yowie you can eat!

I've heard both yah-oi and yowie as pronunciations... I guess it just depends on which group of fans you're hanging out with.
And yay, edible yaoi! Or, yowie.

If it's anything like the Cadbury Creme Eggs, it's shrank and gotten dry and gross over the years.
I miss the big ones filled with creme that just oozed everywhere and you'd buy like a case when Easter came around.
Ah, childhood memories.

I cannot say if there is a difference or not in the Creme Eggs that are over here as I was never much into those things, I always prefered the Toblerone when it came to 'special' occassions as I usually get the 400g size as a gift.

Oooh Toblerone... I loves me some chocolate.

Yes it tastes great, in fact its the only long dark cream thing I am willing to put into my mouth.
Edit: No offence to Akio

That's all right Mr. Straight Man, it's perfectly understandable.
