Actually the couple times I've done that no one seemed any more surprised than they usually are by a chick wearing a necktie, so my guess is the color scheme doesn't exactly disagree with me. 
Honestly if I was going to cosplay an SKU character I'd wanna be Saionji. But only if I could walk around in character.

It's not out on DVD or anything, so I am really wondering where beautifulpanther saw it. Koji is one of my best friends and I worked with TnS, so I know the only chance to watch the whole thing is to see it live.
Well. I liked the musical and Koji will be quite happy knowing you guys like her Toga 
I'll tell her (plus, she used to be on on this site a lot. But it's been ages she's been here).
