I imagine Saionji at least has a somewhat more pronounced vocabulary than that, such that while his thought process would amount to him essentially saying the same thing, I believe he would express his thoughts a bit more elaborately.

His vocabulary is probably excellent when he's not foaming at the mouth. Touga would demand a minimum amount of culture from him to appear in public together. And Saionji would never stand for being less read than Touga. He quotes all the misanthropic Japanese novelists. 
Akio, you have nice turns of phrase, but your points aren't clear and you have no textual support. I can't give this a passing grade.
