It's inspired by the Dior beauty that I saw some time ago. I used yellows because I wanted her to look like the sun.

Ooh, this necro reminds me that I need to get into drawing again now that I've done my NaNo 50k. And I'm also getting more Copic markers in a couple of weeks when I fly up to Christers, so...yes. I love Copics. They're quite hard to get a hold of without importing them yourself here in EnZed ($$$$$!), but I got an especially lovely set in Japan a couple months back, and...YUM. I'm still learning how to use them, mind you, and I'm an average-to-middling artist at the best of times, but still. COPICS! Their alchoholic fumes make me HAPPY!



Eliot, oh my Eliot. He's a total spaz. He's missing a hand here because I'm very bad at drawing hands, but then the next character I'm about to show could quite possibly have just lopped it off for shits and giggles, so uh. Well. Maybe it's just missing the blood?



This picture is so damn random. Morgan's a doctor, hence the white coat, but I am really not sure why she went down the route of a mock Lara Croft outfit that day. WITH ORANGE AND YELLOW STRIPY TIGHTS. The woman IS insane, but still.



This is me trying to get a hold of my Copics and failing miserably. The lineart isn't mine, though the character is; his name is Solomon Baedeker and he's Morgan's husband. He's also an arrogant prat. I do him so.



I had to share this, only for the fact that I was mockingly drawing a "pretty" picture of Morgan (who isn't actually the pretty type) and then I realised I was thinking of Akio. Dear Akio.

t continue my contributions i will post just a link to my latest thing. Mah char Silver's got a male counterpart now. I got really lazy and didnt want to color it...so instead i just gave them gradient color! woo! for laziness. all in all it actually came out alright.

I Kana Ueda, so I made a wallpaper. This also served the dual purpose of allowing me to expend a bunch of artistic energy that had been building up for a while now. I wish I could draw! But alas, I'm a designer.

Four hours of work here, and I'm pretty happy with it, though I still may tweak it some. For posting it online, I tagged it and dropped the quality a bit. I made this mainly for myself, but if it finds its way online somehow, I demand credit for making it!



For anyone who may not know, the characters I chose are Yumi Fukuzawa (Maria-sama ga Miteru), Mikan Sakura (Gakuen Alice), and Hazumu Osaragi (Kashimashi). As you may surmise, these are three of my favorite roles of Ueda's
