Which artbook is it that has images in this style:
Is it a particular artbook that has images in this style, or are they like scattered throughout? Because if there is a book full of images stylized like those... I must own it.

They are scattered throughout. 
They are all in the Hardcore of Utena set, if you go for that. Otherwise I think those images even come from different artbooks, because the top one is a teaser image for the movie. And the bottom two are the covers for the Enokido scripts.
