Like I said, that would have been fine if we actually saw her doing any "flopping about". But what made it look so strange is that all of sudden she was just turned the other way.

After Utena and Anthy do their hand-holding ritual in bed, most of the time when they're chatting they're not holding hands. So I guess it's just like a secret hand-shake they do before they lay down.

I'm not sure if this is an error or completely intentional, but...

The very next they're on top of it.

That's an odd one. I don't think it's intentional because the shadow of the flowers is on the table in the first shot.  But I don't see why they drew the table in front of it in the first place.
