I just posted this Crossover fan fiction with Zelda Skyward sword in the zelda universe forum.
Just be aware that it a slash fanfic(I'm Shipping GhirahimXLink) so expect at least 1 sex scene during the first chapter plus occasional use of profanity

Does anyone here know site that are open to Fan fictions with Yaoi undertones and allows sex scenes to be included in the overall story?

I think Archive of Our Own should be fine with most, as long as you tag it correctly. I haven't tried joining it myself, though, so I don't know how easy it is.
