In the Rose Garden / Pictures on the Wall

OK, I noticed this a while ago but I'm just posting this now. First off look at this picture.

OK, who are those people in those pictures? Is putting those pictures in supposed to mean something? Did they not just want to make the pictures gray when they were zoomed out from them?

This does remind me of this once episode of the Simpsons though when the school had an animator come in to guest speak and he said "If you freeze frame you can see that the chunks of barf are actually pictures of the animators and their friends."

So is that what it is? Did the animators just feel like putting their pictures in?

What are your thoughts on this?

I think its simply a shout-out to the cast and crew of SKU, nothing more unless you decide to add it to some outragous theory.

Actually, I've zoomed on those and I've seen some of them that might have significance. I'll have to get back to you on this one, because I need to look at the gallery photos again and show you what I mean.

These two images are shown last, perhaps as a reflection of what all of this has built up to. Clearly in the reflection of the glass you can see the the rose crest. Perhaps to reflect not only the setting, but how the setting has such an influence on everyone. In few stories have I seen that they make the setting(Ohtori) as pronounced as a different world. This world's influence on the characters are maybe shown here in a recollection through photographic imagery. Like how most relive memories, through a familiar photo. You also get the feeling that Mikage possibly was collecting theses memories.

All flashbacks of Mikage. Maybe to show possibly why he is doing what he is doing. Memories. It feels like he's someone who clings to the past.

Oh well, that's all I got now. The photos first mentions are not clear...so they do seems like random images. But I hope theres some meaning to the one I pointed out.

Actually these lyrics from The Cure make more sense to me:

Well actually what I was wondering is that why in the particular picture I posted in the first thing is why there were pictures of actual pictures in the frames and not those pictures you just liked to.
