Gougai! Gougai!

Anime News Network asked Gio & Yasha to write an article about Utena, Empty Movement, and they totally called us superfans, omg. Think of it as a belated Valentine's to Utena, its fandom, and the excellent friendships we've made along the way. 20 Years of Utena Fandom with the Ultimate Superfans!!!

Omnibenevolent

I watch loads of religion/atheism themed debates so 'omnibenevolent' is a word I run into all the time.

Cool. I don't really watch debates - watching people talk bores me.

Re: Words That Need to Be Used More

I got to talk about sex bolts, aka Chicago screws, more tonight than possibly the rest of my life combined. Good invention. Fantastically apt names.

And, I'm making a bid to turn phrase "god turn" into legitimate English (it's a Chinese geek phrase, but rendered in English words). A "god turn" is an event or reveal in entertainment that makes it feel as if the entire world as been turned to show a facet that once revealed, changes everything.

My Brain is the Wakaba and Shiori Funtime Hour. With limited commercial interruption.
